Paris Saint-Germain have been drawn against Barcelona, Manchester City and Aston Villa among their eight opponents in the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League league phase.
The reigning champions, who defeated Arsenal on penalties in May to retain the trophy, will also face Roma, Galatasaray and Slovan Bratislava at home.
PSG will travel to England to meet Manchester City and Aston Villa, while also visiting Villarreal in Spain and Como in Italy.
The 2026/27 Champions League league phase is scheduled to begin from September 8 to 10, with the final matches expected in January. UEFA is expected to release the complete fixture schedule on Saturday.
Arsenal, last season’s runners-up and current Premier League champions, have been drawn against Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Lille and Azerbaijan’s Sabah at home. Their away matches include Bayern Munich, Real Betis, Napoli and Slavia Prague.
Liverpool will host Atletico Madrid, Porto, Villarreal and Lens, while travelling to face Inter Milan, Club Brugge, Fenerbahce and LASK.
Manchester United will welcome Bayern Munich, Roma, RB Leipzig and Sabah, but face difficult away trips to Atletico Madrid, Sporting CP, Villarreal and Como.
Other headline fixtures include Manchester City’s trip to Barcelona and Real Madrid’s meeting with Inter Milan.
The new Champions League format continues for a third season, with 36 teams competing in one league table. Each club will play eight matches against different opponents.
The Champions League final is scheduled to take place at Madrid’s Metropolitano Stadium on June 5, 2027.
