Vincent Kompany has voiced confidence in FC Bayern Munich ahead of their UEFA Champions League showdown with Paris Saint-Germain, even as he prepares to miss the first leg due to suspension.
The Bayern head coach is serving a touchline ban following a booking in the quarter-final clash against Real Madrid, ruling him out of direct involvement from the sidelines.
Despite this setback, Kompany said he has full trust in his coaching staff to guide the team through the high-stakes encounter. He emphasized that preparation, discipline, and teamwork would be crucial in facing a strong PSG side.
He also acknowledged the quality of PSG under manager Luis Enrique, noting their attacking strength, but maintained that Bayern have the ability and experience to compete at the highest level.
