The ussd code to remove private number on your phone number for MTN, Aitel, Glo and 9 Mobile is *31# just dial the code and follow the process. 

if the Private number is removed it will show you the outgoing caller id service was enabled. 

but if you want to confirm that your number is removed from private number go through your phone setting and then locate the Call setting and click on the SIM card you want to remove from private number.
